These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the LireMalin website.
2. Products offered
The site offers digital e-book products for sale.
Products are accessible immediately after payment validation.
Product descriptions are presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
LireMalin reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price applied is that displayed at the time of the order.
4. Order
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTC.
The customer receives an order confirmation after payment validation.
LireMalin reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of fraud or payment issues.
5. Payment
Payment is secure and is made via the payment methods offered on the Shopify site.
The order is considered definitive after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery of digital products
E-books are delivered in digital format.
Download access is provided immediately after payment via:
- a confirmation page,
- an email,
- or a download link.
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their email address.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, digital products downloaded or immediately accessible after purchase do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
By validating their order, the customer accepts:
- the immediate execution of the service,
- and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
8. Intellectual property
All content present on the LireMalin website (e-books, texts, images, design, graphic elements) are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, resale, distribution or sharing without authorization is strictly prohibited.
E-books are for personal use only.
9. Liability
LireMalin cannot be held responsible for:
- a technical problem beyond its control,
- a temporary interruption of the site,
- improper use of purchased products.
The information contained in the e-books is provided for informational purposes.
10. Personal data
The information collected during orders is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship.
No personal data is sold to third parties.
